Maddies Journey

The crossroads and a path not taken. Maddie, a young woman that struggled with the challenges of CF and often chose not take the tougher path. The easiest choice is not always the right choice. I didn’t know Maddie, but she became an insatiable inspiration. While painting, I became emotionally drained and wept on the floor. I went to the window, looked to the skies and declared” Maddie I’ve never met you in person, but I feel that I know you now”.
